Setting Custom Listing Start Times & End Times
From the Create Listing (Listing Settings section) menu, select:
Listing Start Time... Choose "Custom" Then Choose A Custom Start Time For Your Listing.
Listing End Time... Choose "Custom" Then Choose A Custom End Time For Your Listing.
