Editing Your Listings
It's not easy to create a compelling product ad. Thus, to help users create the best possible version of an ad, the software allows the editing of live listings. Every ad is a permanent work in progress because it has to adapt to the customer's needs. There are, however, features that cannot be edited. Take a look below:
Edit Listings features:
Sellers can make changes only on open listings.
Editing An Auction Listing.
- Your auction can be edited only if there is no activity (no bids or offers)
- Your auction listings can be edited up to 12 hours before your listing is closed.
Fallow these steps to make the changes you want to make to your Auction listing.
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to the listing page of the item you want to edit.
Click on the small wheel under your profile picture,
- A small popup window will appear with a list of things you can do, click on edit, than make any changes you want to make, when done click on the Proceed button at the bottom of the page.
For Products, fallow the same steps as above for editing an Auction listing.
If there is activity on your product listing, the following fields for your product cannot be edited:
- Title
- Product Description
- Images
Sellers can make these changes/edit these fields in their product listing even it there has been activity.
- Currency
- Quantity / Stock Levels
- Price
- Make Offer
